Sandra Bullock and Daniel Radcliffe had the following conversation during a press junket for their new film, The Lost City:
“Why don’t you just do it?”
“Because no one’s asking me in reality, Sandra. It’s just Twitter speculation.”
“Wolverine people, can you please just fucking cast him. Just do it. Stop tiptoeing around and having people ask at press junkets. Just cast the man.”
Radcliffe has previously discussed the role in other interviews, offering insight into why he thinks people want him.
“This is something that comes up every so often- because in the comics Wolverine is short, so every so often everyone’s like ‘Who’s a short actor?’- but there’s never been any actual truth to it.”
“I don’t see them going from Hugh Jackman to me, but who knows? Prove me wrong, Marvel.”

Wolverine hasn’t been mentioned by Marvel Studios since the Fox Acquisition, so we don’t really know what it’s planning. Still – Kevin Feige, if you’re out there reading this for some bizarre reason, cast Daniel Radcliffe as Wolverine. You know you want to.
