Completely factory resetting your iPad is not a challenging process, it’s just a lot of menus that you need to go through and quite a bit of selecting. Once you have reset your iPad, you can try to restore it, but often things will be missing. Do consider whether or not you want to fully reset your iPad before doing so.

- Step 1: Navigate to your Settings on your iPad, then to General, then to Reset.
- Step 2: Select Erase All Content and Settings, then select Erase iPad, then hit confirm.
- Step 3: Wait a moment, and your iPad should be fully factory reset, and be back to the original set-up screen, where you can now set up your iPad.
It’s a very easy and simple process, once you get through all of the different settings that you need to tap. You can then go on to set up your iPad and ensure everything is ready for use once again.
