Dr Disrespect encountered a wall hacker in a Call of Duty: Vanguard match recently, leaving him speechless.
Guy “Dr Disrespect” Beahm is known for his streams and eccentric personality. On one of his recent streams, he came into contact with someone who seemed to be using cheats in a Vanguard match.
In a clip posted by Twitter user WickedGoodGames, Dr Disrespect starts the stream feeling pretty positive about the games ahead. Then it transitions to a match of Search and Destroy, and something is awry.
As you can see, someone’s clearly not playing by the rules. In the clip, you can see a player who’s somehow managed to get inside the walls of the map and shoot people from there.
Wall Hackers
This seems to be an exploit where a player can hide inside the walls and see everyone on the map. This means no one else has a chance to fight back, rendering the match pretty pointless and unfair.
Considering how loud Dr Disrespect usually is, it’s surprising to see him left speechless by the hacker. He simply sits there, bewildered by what’s on the screen.
Hacking is a pretty big issue in FPS games, particularly popular games like Call of Duty that lack effective ways to prevent it. Recently, Halo Infinite has been on the receiving of hackers, with some games already being affected by cheaters.
Warzone and Vanguard will both be receiving a new Anti-Cheat system called RICOCHET soon. Hopefully that will prove to be effective against cheaters and hackers.
