If you’re wondering where the quad bikes from the Battlefield 2042 trailer are, your guess is as good as mine.
Battlefield 2042 released over a week ago, and players have been getting to grips with this new take on Battlefield. However, one player spotted something was missing.
Westie, a YouTube content creator, tweeted saying “Erm…Battlefield, where are the quad bikes? You know, the one you smashed into a helicopter in the reveal.
“Where are you hiding them? Because…I mean, y’know, they’d be perfect for crossing those massive stretches of open ground so I don’t get farmed by a chopper.”
Where Are The Quad Bikes?
It is certainly strange that the quad bikes seem absent in Battlefield 2042. One reply on Twitter asked “wait…how did we not notice this?! Weren’t there quad bikes in the Orbital Beta too or am I crazy?”
Battlefield 2042 has some pretty huge open areas, and it can take a while to get from place to place. Having quad bikes as a form of traversing the maps would be a good way to make those open areas more fun. Some players claim they do appear on some maps, but that they’re hidden away in places that are difficult to find.
There’s a chance the quad bikes will become more prominent in a future update, but we’ll have to wait and see.
