There have been multiple reports of the Rainbow Six Siege servers being down, frustrating much of the huge player base.
According to Down Detector, error reports started occurring around 5AM GMT on March 3rd 2022. The reports calmed down a small amount going into the morning hours, but are beginning to rise again at 12PM GMT.
Complaints on Twitter are also pouring in, with some users even quoting an error code. It certainly seems like there is a widespread issue with the Rainbow Six Siege servers.
One user writes: “@UbisoftSupport can you guys fix the servers already? Error code [10-0x000001F4] #RainbowSixSiege”
Another tags Ubisoft in a tweet, asking if the servers are down today.
Game servers going down is a regular occurrence in video games. If you’re wondering about why this is the case, we’ve written up a quick explainer guide!
Other than the servers being down, it’s a great time to be a Rainbow Six fan. A whole new year of content is set to kick off later this month. In addition, Rainbow Six Extraction also recently saw a huge content drop. We think it’s essentially the second half of the game.
Ubisoft is yet to release a statement that clarifies what the issue is. Hopefully it can restore server status soon. Are you having problems with the Rainbow Six Siege servers? Let us know across our social channels!
This story is ongoing – we will update you when the server status returns to normal.
