Thor Love And Thunder Trailer Shows Off New Thor And More

Thor Love and Thunder has a brand new teaser and it’s looking like a fun addition to the Thor franchise.

The Thor franchise has been an interesting one so far. Its initial entires felt quite serious, with some light moments. Thor Ragnarok however leaned right into the more fun elements of Thor and audiences loved it.

Now, Thor Love and Thunder, releasing in July, seems to be leaning into it even more. It sees Thor team up with another more comedic part of the MCU, the Guardians of the Galaxy. Taika Waititi, the director behind Ragnarok, is back at the helm too.

Make sure to watch the teaser to the end for what seems to be our first glimpse of Jane Foster as Thor! You can see it below.

Thor Forever

In an interview with The Today Show last year Thor actor Chris Hemsworth said he’d play the titular character for “as long as they’ll have me.”

He said, “I’ll turn up, but I feel like there might be waning, that kind of enthusiasm.

Needless to say, it’s hard to imagine anyone replacing Chris Hemsworth as Thor completely. However, there are various characters in the comics that do take on the name of Thor, including Jane Foster who appears at the end of the above trailer.

Hopefully, we see Chris play Thor for a long time to come though!
