2019 is nearly upon us, which means it’s nearly time to get ready to welcome a slew of new and upcoming games. Hooray!
Steam has just unveiled its official list of most wishlisted games for 2019, and there’s some pretty interesting titles making the top 10.
First up is From Software’s Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, which takes the top spot as the most wishlisted Steam game for 2019. The newest game from the team behind the likes of Dark Souls and Bloodborne takes place in feudal Japan and introduces new challenges and gameplay for even the most veteran Souls players. It’s set to release 22nd March 2019.
Second place goes to Resident Evil 2, the horror remake that’s already blowing fans away. Rebuilt from the ground up, the new game is set to hit you right in the nostalgia feels, expect with better graphics, voice acting and amped-up gameplay. The Capcom game is releasing in just a few weeks’ time, 25th January 2019.
Third, fourth and fifth places go to Metro Exodus, Devil May Cry 5 and Total War: THREE KINGDOMS. Not too surprising to see these so high up, but definitely a perfect reminder of how great 2019 is looking for new games.
What is interesting to see is The Outer Worlds and ATLAS both appearing in the top 10. Both games were only very recently announced, having been unveiled earlier this month during The Game Awards 2018.
Unfortunately, Mortal Kombat 11 and Far Cry New Dawn come in just shy of the top 10, but let’s face it, they’re not the most PC-friendly titles.
There is so many good games coming out in 2019 on steam… NO they are not battle royale. I personally like simulation games which is what im sticking to…
