As we are eagerly waiting for the trading and tracking system in Pokemon Go, Niantic has added the new feature of ‘Push Notifications’ to the game. This has been regarded as an useless feature by many of the fans as its main objective is to remind you that the game still exists.

Push notification in now a common tactic which is used by the app developers. These type of notifications can sometime persuade you to login to the app which will increase their daily activity. The success of every app is measured by their daily activities.
However, you can easily disable these push notifications by going to the settings menu. We hope that Niantic will concentrate more on the bigger issues next time rather than adding this type of silly features.
