John Wick: Chapter 4 Has Been Delayed To March 2023

The fourth entry in the John Wick series of films, ‘John Wick: Chapter 4’ has been delayed until March 2023.

It’s been almost three years since we last saw Keanu Reeves reprise the role of John Wick on the silver screen. Chapter 3: Parabellum released in June 2019 to much critical applause. After ending on a prominent cliff hanger, fans were left eager for Paramount to continue the high-octane saga.

Chapter 4 was originally scheduled to release in May of 2021. However that got pushed back to May 2022 thanks to a certain global pandemic. Work on the production has clearly been halted further as Lionsgate has now delayed the movie by another 10 months. John Wick: Chapter 4 is now set to release on March 24th, 2023.

The announcement came via a short teaser trailer which shows Administrators and Operators organising a bunch of paperwork, as seen in the previous movies. The new release date for Chapter 4 can be spotted written on a blackboard, and is also prominently inputted into a computer system.

It’s a shame that we need to wait a little longer to see such a hotly anticipated movie, but I’m sure it will be worth the wait. Hopefully, John Wick: Chapter 4 can resolve some of the questions audiences may have after that epic cliff-hangar. Of course, we can’t resist some good Keanu Reeves content.
