There’s treating yourself on your birthday, and then there’s REALLY treating yourself on your birthday. Amouranth has gone all out with the latter, spending a whopping $1 million on a birthday present to herself.
Kaitlyn ‘Amouranth’ Siragusa is a prominent figure on the Twitch streaming scene. She’s usually always at the forefront of Twitch’s ever changing landscape. Amouranth led the charge with the hot tub meta earlier this year, and has since risen to the top of the newly added ‘Animals’ category on Twitch.
That doesn’t mean she’s without controversy, though. Amouranth has been banned from the platform several times. She doesn’t even know why she was removed from the platform after her most recent incursion.
However, while Amouranth is successful in her streaming endeavours, she’s also a bit of an entrepreneur on the side. A few weeks ago the streamer invested $4 million in her own petrol station. She’s also considered developing her own adult toy alongside fellow streamer, Ludwig.
Clearly, Amouranth is doing alright for herself. That’s probably why she’s able to treat herself to such an expensive birthday present. As reported by GGRecon, Amouranth tweeted out on Monday that she’d purchased a total of $1 million worth of stock in Visa. Not your typical birthday present, for sure. And certainly more than most people can afford. Still, whatever floats your boat, I guess.
