The Witcher series emphasizes a lot on sex scenes. It is also said that developer CD Projekt Red has used sex often as a reward for Geralt upon successful completion of any quest.

The Australian government objected for the same and wanted to censor the game fully. However, CD Projekt Red was ready enough to make some minor changes to the sex scenes. They earned a M15+ rating instead of a full ban by making Geralt decline an offer made for celebratory sex by a bare chested woman.

8. Mass Effect
